Flickr is a website that allows users to upload and share their photographs online.
It includes the usual social networky stuff like groups, user profiles, comments, tagging and RSS feeds.
Users can elect to share their photos publicly, or just to select groups of users, which they can classify as 'family' or 'friends'.
In March 2005, Flickr was bought by Yahoo! for $35 million.
